Questions we get about unusual property types.
Can I finance a barndominium?
Yes. We have programs for barndos, barn-to-home conversions, new builds, and existing structures. Appraisal comps are the main variable.
What's a non-warrantable condo?
A condo whose HOA or building doesn't meet Fannie/Freddie's standards for insurance, owner-occupancy ratio, delinquency, or commercial space. Standard lenders won't touch them. We have programs that do.
