Questions we get about other features.
What is a Lock & Shop?
A rate lock issued before you've found a specific property, useful when rates are moving and you don't want exposure during your home search. We'll set the terms up front.
How does bridge financing work?
A short-term loan that uses the equity in your current home to fund the down payment on the next one, so you can buy before you sell. Typically repaid when the old home closes.
What is the Texas VLB?
The Texas Veterans Land Board, a state-level program offering below-market-rate loans (and land) to eligible Texas veterans. It layers with Conv, FHA, and VA loans.
